BTW-verhoging bloemzaden van 9% naar 21%
Vanaf 1 januari 2025 gaat de btw op sommige agrarische goederen omhoog van 9% naar 21%. Tijdens Prinsjesdag maakte het kabinet het al bekend: er komt een btw-verhoging aan in de agrarische sector. Dit geldt voor a.s. producten als pootgoed voor de teelt van groenten en fruit en landbouw- en tuinbouwzaden.
Helaas betekent dit voor veel bedrijven dat de prijzen van onze groente- en bloemzaden vanaf 1 januari 2025 omhooggaan en wij hierdoor genoodzaakt zijn om mee te gaan met de verhoging. Zodra er zicht is op de inkoop voor aankomend seizoen raden wij onze klanten aan om alvast de bestelling bij ons door te geven en zaden in te slaan, om zo de kosten nog te kunnen drukken.

English: VAT increase for flower seeds from 9% to 21%
From 1 January 2025, VAT on some agricultural goods will go up from 9% to 21%. During Budget Day, the cabinet already announced it: a VAT increase is coming to the agricultural sector. This applies to a.s. products such as seed potatoes for growing fruit and vegetables and agricultural and horticultural seeds.
Unfortunately, for many companies this means that the prices of our vegetable and flower seeds will go up from 1 January 2025, forcing us to go along with the increase. As soon as we have an overview of our purchases for the coming season, we advise our customers to place their orders with us and stock up on seeds in advance, in order to reduce costs even further.
